Construction - Cleaner

Reporting to the foreman, our Construction Cleaner must ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies. Effective communication with supervisors and team members is essential to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Your key duties will include: Your Duties and Responsibilities: Operate industrial vacuums and heavy-duty cleaning tools Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors, stairs, hallways and other surfaces Clean windows, walls, ceilings, fixtures, and common postconstruction dirt Remove and dispose of construction debris and waste Clean and disinfect washrooms and common areas Perform safety and site clean‑up, such as clearing walkways, removing nails or sharp objects, and following hazard trapping protocols Assist with loading/unloading supplies or equipment and site preparation tasks Support the growth and development of company culture. Perform other duties as required. The Construction Cleaner is responsible for ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Key duties include operating cleaning equipment, maintaining cleanliness of surfaces, and performing safety site clean-up.

Candidates should have previous cleaning experience, particularly in construction or industrial settings. Physical ability to perform various tasks under different conditions is also required.
