Front of House - Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for ensuring every guest feels welcomed and looked after by providing excellent hospitality while maintaining a clean and inviting lounge environment. Key duties include surprising guests with unique beverage offerings, maintaining menu knowledge, delivering full food and beverage service at the bar, and preparing accurate drink orders for servers.

Candidates must possess previous serving experience at a highly competent level and have basic technical bartending knowledge covering standard cocktails and highballs. Essential soft skills include a strong ability to lead conversations, high organization, comfort in sharing positive food/drink experiences, and demonstrating confident leadership and sound judgment.
