Position Summary Reporting to the Guest Activities Manager, the Guest Activities Coordinator is responsible for delivering engaging guest activities and experiences at Cabot Revelstoke Mountain Lodge, The Sutton Place Hotel and Revelstoke Mountain Resort, and helping planning the activities when requested. This role enhances the overall guest experience by creating memorable programming for all ages, while promoting resort offerings and maintaining high standards of service and safety. Key Responsibilities Coordinate, and execute daily and weekly guest activities and events Act as a host for activities, ensuring a fun, safe, and engaging environment Promote resort amenities, events, and local experiences to guests Ensure all activities follow safety guidelines and company standards Provide exceptional guest service and handle inquiries or concerns professionally Qualifications Valid BC Drivers License – or willing to acquire prior to commencement of employment Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, events, or guest services Strong interpersonal and communication skills Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for guest engagement Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays First Aid certification considered an asset (or willingness to obtain) Knowledge of Revelstoke area and activities is an asset Skills & Competencies Guest experience focus Event coordination and organization Public speaking and hosting confidence Problem-solving and adaptability Team collaboration Time management Benefits Complimentary Season’s Pass to Revelstoke Mountain Resort, providing access to world-class skiing and year-round mountain experiences Reciprocal deals on lift tickets at other local mountains Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision benefits after 3 months of full-time employment RRSP matching program after 6 months of employment Opportunities for career growth and advancement within a dynamic and expanding hospitality organization Northland Perks Program and discounts Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Requirements
