Company Description The Department of Medicine at Dalhousie University and Nova Scotia Health seeks applications for a short-term locum Rheumatologist in the Division of Rheumatology at the QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax, Nova Scotia. Job Description The Division of Rheumatology is one of 15 divisions within the Department of Medicine and provides specialized medical and consultative care for Atlantic Canadians with inflammatory arthritis and rheumatic diseases, as well as providing undergraduate education and residency training. In addition to playing an important clinical role in the Department, division members have excellent opportunities for collaborative educational and research activities to facilitate rewarding and fulfilling career development. An attractive remuneration through an alternative funding plan will apply. Academic appointment ranking will be based on qualifications and experience. Qualifications Candidates must hold FRCPC (or equivalent) certification in Internal Medicine and subspecialty certification in Rheumatology.
