We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. You will be the on-site leader responsible for coordinating trades, solving problems in real time, and delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget. Location: Vancouver & Lower Mainland, BC Project Values: $1M - $35M Start Date: Immediate or within 1-2 weeks (preferred) Requirements What You'll Do Lead Site Execution: Oversee daily construction site activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate Trades & Suppliers: Build strong relationships, resolve challenges quickly, and keep all work progressing efficiently. Collaborate With Project Management: Work closely with the PM team to align site execution with schedule, budget, and client expectations. Manage Client Communication: Act as the on-site representative in meetings with architects, consultants, and clients. Track Documentation: Use Procore, SiteDocs, and other tools to manage field reports, schedules, change orders, cost tracking, and more. Monitor Budgets: Identify efficiencies, control costs, and provide regular financial updates to leadership. Who You Are A self-starter who thrives on taking ownership and driving projects forward. A meticulous organizer who ensures sites are safe, efficient, and well-run. Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction, ideally as a Site Superintendent. Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, scheduling, and quality control. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, SiteDocs, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams). Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Must already reside in the Greater Vancouver area and be available for in-person site work Preferred: Availability to start immediately or within 1-2 weeks.
