Business Intelligence Lead – Role Summary Leads the design, delivery, and ongoing support of Business Intelligence solutions across multiple client accounts. Responsible for translating business and client requirements into scalable BI solutions, overseeing data integration and reporting platforms, and ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the BI environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end BI solution delivery across data ingestion, ETL/ELT, databases, data models, and reporting * Translate business and client requirements into appropriate technical BI solutions and architectures * Provide technical leadership across Power BI, SSRS, SQL, ETL processes, APIs, Azure Functions, and data integrations * Oversee BI production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis * Ensure BI and reporting environments are stable, scalable, secure, and aligned with client commitments and SLAs * Lead BI modernization, migration, and automation initiatives to simplify the technology landscape and reduce manual processes * Establish and maintain standards for BI development, testing, deployment, documentation, monitoring, and data quality * Partner with business, operations, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve complex end-to-end data and reporting issues * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to BI developers and analysts * Manage priorities across BAU support, client demands, projects, and strategic initiatives * Identify opportunities to leverage automation, Python, Azure services, and AI to improve reporting and BI operations Skills & Competencies * Strong end-to-end understanding of BI architecture, data integration, and reporting processes * Advanced SQL and relational database knowledge * Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and SSRS * Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT, APIs, data integration, and data transformation * Working knowledge of Azure Functions and Azure-based integration and automation services * Working knowledge of Python, particularly for data processing and automation * Experience troubleshooting complex BI and data issues across multiple technology layers * Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, semantic models, and reporting architecture * Experience with BI modernization and migration initiatives * Strong requirements gathering and solution-design capabilities * Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions * Strong communication skills with the ability to work with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients * Strong technical leadership, prioritization, and team-management skills Candidate Profile * 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data engineering, reporting, or related roles * Demonstrated experience leading BI solutions from requirements through design, development, deployment, and production support * Experience leading or mentoring BI developers, analysts, or data professionals * Strong experience with SQL Server, Power BI, SSRS, ETL/data integration, and APIs * Experience with Azure Functions and cloud-based data integration preferred * Working knowledge of Python preferred * Experience supporting complex production BI environments and managing incidents * Experience working in multi-client, BPO, CX, or service-delivery environments preferred * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or related discipline * Experience with modern cloud data platforms and BI architectures is an asset Work Timings: 8 AM – 5 PM EST
