We’re looking for a friendly and dedicated Finance Manager to oversee accounting operations for a portfolio of professional services clients, with a strong preference for experience supporting law firms. The Finance Manager works with assigned clients to oversee, record, process, and reconcile financial data based on assigned needs as well as manages their assigned Bookkeepers for their role and deliverables. The ideal candidate is an energetic individual who likes to juggle a variety of tasks and would thrive in our fast-paced environment! The Finance Manager role will perform the following expected outcomes accurately and within a timely manner but is not limited to: Oversee month-end close and financial reporting Review work prepared by bookkeepers and senior accountants Act as escalation point for complex accounting issues Manage and oversee trust accounting and reconciliations (legal clients) Communicate directly with client owners and partners Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards Support process improvement and SOP adherence Skills, Qualifications and Track Record: Must-haves 4+ years experience as a Bookkeeper Accounting Diploma or University Degree Supervisory experience (minimum 2 years) Minimum of 2 years experience working with Quickbooks online Solid technical accounting skills Strong Excel skills (must know how to use pivot tables at minimum) Nice-to-haves Experience supporting SaaS companies is an asset (familiarity with SaaS metrics) An open mind to trying out new technology Passion for business Friendly, approachable Can have fun and knows when to roll up sleeves Comfortable juggling multiple client accounts Numbercrunch is a fast-growing financial services company supporting ambitious start-ups and non-profits with timely record keeping, reliable reporting, and strategic financial guidance. Requirements

Candidates must have at least 4 years of bookkeeping experience, a degree or diploma in accounting, and a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, are mandatory.
