No two days are the same — you’ll work with specialized equipment, deliver premium lawn-care services, and provide top-tier customer experience. Full training included! What You’ll Do (The Work That Keeps Lawns Thriving) You’ll deliver high-quality turfgrass services that help customers get the best lawns on the block. Production Work • Perform Power Raking, Slit-Seeding, Over-Seeding, Core Aeration & Organic Compost applications • Operate vehicles, spreaders, and gas-powered lawn equipment safely and confidently • Complete all service visits following Nutri-Lawn’s processes and industry standards • Make service and courtesy calls when assigned • Educate customers on horticultural practices to solve lawn issues • Document services, notes, and customer communication in the required apps/tools • Support additional tasks as needed (teamwork makes the green work) Customer Engagement (Be the Friendly Lawn Expert) You’ll be the face of Nutri-Lawn during each visit — clear communication and professionalism are key. • Interact with homeowners respectfully and professionally • Assess customer needs and offer helpful, informed solutions • Build trust through open, honest communication • Provide accurate information using the correct tools and approved methods • Address concerns promptly and follow up until resolved • Use the Trusted Advisor Program (TAP) to recommend helpful services • Send “on-my-way” notifications before arrival • Communicate ETAs, delays, job completion, and recommendations through approved channels Team Values & Company Culture (How We Work Together) As part of the Nutri-Lawn team, you’ll: • Contribute to a positive, supportive, team environment • Adapt quickly to different customer needs and questions • Stay motivated and aim to meet or exceed goals • Accept direction + feedback with a growth mindset • Deliver high-quality work with strong attention to detail • Embrace new challenges and changing priorities • Work efficiently, prioritizing tasks to stay on track • Show professionalism, reliability, and accountability every day • Maintain accurate, timely digital communication (updates, texts, TAP leads) • Follow all procedures, guidelines, and safety policies What You Need • Valid driver’s license + clean driving record • No lawn care experience — seriously, we train you • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and with a team • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn • Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather • Physically able to handle bending, kneeling, digging, crouching, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and long periods on your feet • Seasonal availability (spring → fall) Why This Role Rocks for You • You get to work outdoors and stay active • You'll learn valuable, specialized lawn-care techniques • Lots of independence but with a supportive team around you • Every day looks a little different • You’ll see the real impact of your work on customers’ properties Compensation: $19 - $21 + commission Nutri-Buzz Canada Inc. is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing an inclusive and accessible workplace.
