Providing invaluable work experience in a growing company, this term position will begin in January 2027 for 8 or 12 months. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries received through phone, email, and ServiceNow. Respond to questions related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, leaves, and employee programs. Educate employees on HR processes, systems, and self-service tools. Provide support with benefits enrollment, and basic technical troubleshooting. Work with subject matter experts and internal partners to resolve inquiries and escalate complex issues when required. Maintain accurate case documentation and employee records. Support continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation updates. Participate in cross-training activities. Safeguard confidential employee information. Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting service level expectations. Ability and willingness to work statutory holidays on a scheduled rotation to support HR operations and service commitments. What You'll Bring Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, majoring in Human Resources or related program with a graduation date of August 2027 or later. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Experience with Microsoft 365; SAP, SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow considered an asset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
