Key Responsibilities Registered Psychotherapist Provide experienced PTSD and Trauma-Informed Care Able to provide experienced psychotherapy, psychoeducational and/or psychological assessments Experience with WSIB program Effectively manage case load, reporting Additional Role Expectations: Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week Qualifications Master’s or PhD in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (or related field) Registered and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body 3+ years of relevant working experience in areas of practice Professional Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain) Experience providing psychotherapy and/or psychological assessments Experience with trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and case management skills (e.g., timely reports) No supervision required would be an asset What You’ll Experience Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance and autonomy over your practice Strong referral network and consistent client flow Established clinic infrastructure and administrative support (HR, Finance, Marketing, Referrals, Scheduling and Billing) Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Therapists) Regular clinical consultation and team collaboration opportunities Team events and celebrations A positive team culture with opportunities for connection and recognition Additional Benefits: Full-Time Contractors (20+ billable hours per week) are also eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package Continuing Education Allowance Training and Professional Development support Referral program

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's or PhD in Clinical or Counselling Psychology and be registered with a professional regulatory body. At least 3 years of relevant experience and professional liability insurance are required.
