Job Title: Registered Veterinary Technician Location: Truro, NS Company: Fundy Veterinarians Position Overview Fundy Veterinarians, Shubenacadie location, is seeking a full-time Registered Veterinary Technician to join our patient care team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy working collaboratively. Key Responsibilities Administer anesthesia and monitor surgical procedures Perform lab work and provide animal care Work one evening per week, share Saturday mornings on a rotation. Maintain accurate records using Avimark computer software Qualifications Knowledgeable in anesthesia protocols, surgical monitoring, lab work, and animal nursing care Strong teamwork and communication skills New graduates are welcome; mentoring available from our three experienced Technicians and RVT Hospital Manager.
