Job Type: Full-time Salary: 65k-75k/year Paid time off: 4 weeks/year Experience: Graphic Design (3 years) Location: In office, Old Port of Montreal Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm Company Summary: Founded in 2018, NXTRND, also known as "Next Trend", is an innovative football equipment and accessory brand based in Montreal, Canada. We speak and listen to athletes daily in order to develop and design unique products based on their needs. Better serving them and the sport of football. Job Summary: As a Graphic Designer, you will support the Marketing, Product, and sales teams by creating compelling visual assets that strengthen the NXTRND brand across every customer touchpoint. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining product packaging, digital marketing creatives, retail displays, website graphics, social media content, and other brand collateral while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high-quality execution. Task Overview: Design and update retail-ready product packaging across the NXTRND product line Create infographics, comparison charts, and promotional graphics for paid advertising Design website banners, landing page assets, email graphics, and digital merchandising content Produce retail signage, store banners, point-of-sale displays, and trade show materials Design social media posts, stories, thumbnails, and other organic marketing content Create Amazon listing graphics and enhanced brand content Maintain brand consistency across all print and digital assets Prepare print-ready production files and coordinate with printers when required Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Ecommerce teams to prioritize creative projects Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Review artwork for accuracy, spelling, alignment, and production quality Maintain organized file structures and design libraries Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand identity Experience designing both print and digital marketing assets Ability to prepare production-ready artwork for packaging and commercial printing Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and quality control Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Experience with Figma, After Effects, or Premiere Pro is considered an asset Knowledge of ecommerce creative best practices (Amazon, Shopify, Meta, Google Ads) is an asset If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to take on this challenging role as our Graphic Designer, please submit your resume for consideration.
