Job Summary: As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be a key part of the Supply Chain team by keeping inventory, product data, and shipments accurate and on track across NXTRND's channels. You will be responsible for inventory reporting, SKU and label setup, shipment documentation and tracking, Amazon details and warehouse invoice confirmation, while creating tools that improve our processes. Task Overview: Download daily inventory reports from Amazon for the website. Audit Amazon fees and keep an eye in Amazon updates and notify impacts. Set up new SKUs across all systems and create labels. Send documents and labels with our suppliers, including details. Send labels to our warehouse for replenishment orders and transfers. Track the inventory across the flow once in production, transit or on hand. Check inspection of products and packing, shared by the suppliers. Enter tracking numbers in our system and keep record of insurance policy. Amazon shipment creation and reconciliations. Review and confirm warehouse invoices. Create tools to improve and streamline processes. Skills: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) to manage reports and metrics. Experience with Amazon Seller Central (FBA inventory, shipments). Experience with warehouse management systems (Extensiv is considered an asset). Understanding of SKU setup, barcodes, labels, requirements for e-commerce and retail. Knowledge of inventory management and shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, tracking numbers). Strong attention to detail since this role provides core data. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage recurring tasks and deadlines. Problem-solving mindset and initiative to build tools that improve processes. Experience in an e-commerce or wholesale is considered an asset.
