We’re looking for a motivated IT Co-Op Student to join our Information Technology Department for the winter term of January - April 2027. What You’ll Do: As an IT Co-Op Student, you’ll play a key role in supporting our end users, project teams, and internal customers: * Assist with workstation lifecycle refreshes * Help manage and track IT hardware assets * Respond to tickets, emails, alerts, phone calls, and in-person requests * Log and maintain tickets using our IT Service Management tool * Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents and service requests * Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and end-user setups * Assist with password resets and user access issues * Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed * Contribute to documentation such as SOPs, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles * Stay up to date on changes in IT services and industry best practices * Promote and follow safe work practices Who you are: * A current IT or Computer Science student who’s eager to gain hands-on experience * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented * A strong communicator with solid customer-service instincts * A natural problem solver who enjoys learning new technologies * Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team * Tech-savvy, curious, and excited to grow your skills What You Bring: Required: * Enrollment in an IT or Computer Science program at a recognized institution * Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS * Familiarity with: * Networking and communications * Desktop/laptop hardware support * Microsoft OS support (Server & Desktop) * Active Directory and/or Entra ID * A valid driver’s license Preferred: * Experience with IT ticketing systems * SharePoint and access management knowledge What’s in it for YOU?
