Position Summary As a food & beverage Suites Supervisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests in our premium suites—setting the tone with warm, polished, and professional service over email and in person on event days. The Suites Supervisor will support the day-to-day execution and coordination of premium suites and catering operations at TD Coliseum. This role combines operational leadership with some administrative coordination, ensuring seamless service delivery from pre-event planning through post-event reconciliation. T he Suites Supervisor will oversee suite-level event operations, support and lead part-time staff, manage logistics and client communications, and maintain accurate operational documentation using platforms such as TripleSeat, FreedomPay, Chase, and MyVenue. This role pays an hourly rate of $26.50 CAD. Benefits for Part-Time roles: Pension matching. This position will remain open until November 27, 2026. The reimagined arena will have exceptional features that will provide countless memories for attendees. Responsibilities Supervise and support part-time Suites employees during events to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Oversee premium suites to ensure spaces are clean, organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready. Coordinate suite access, guest flow, timelines, and event-day logistics. Act as a primary point of contact for suite holders, clients, and internal teams during events. Liaise with culinary, warehouse, FOH, BOH, and venue operations teams to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service. Supervise event setup, service execution, replenishment, and post-event breakdown for suites operations. Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and operational standards throughout all suites' areas. Address guest concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally. Organize and execute in-suite and catering activations. Ensure equipment, serviceware, and operational supplies are maintained, sanitized, and event-ready. Provide operational and administrative support to the Suites & Catering Manager and Director. Oversee suite pre-orders, requests, event updates, and client communications using TripleSeat, MyVenue, and related systems. Maintain accurate documentation, including menus, event notes, guest details, service requirements, and reporting. Assist with scheduling coordination, training material updates, meeting notes, expense tracking, and operational reporting. Support inventory tracking, menu updates, POS troubleshooting, and event reconciliation processes. Coordinate communication between hospitality teams, vendors, and venue departments to maintain organized event execution. Assist with onboarding coordination and general office organization as required. Other duties as required. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in premium hospitality, suites, catering, or event operations preferred. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in hospitality or live events is an asset. Valid Smart Serve Certification (mandatory). Food Handlers Certification (considered an asset). Experience with catering and POS systems such as TripleSeat, MyVenue, or similar platforms preferred. Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and guest-focused approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all business and employee matters.
