The Role At Old Yale Brewing, our Dishwashers play an essential role in keeping the heart of our operation running smoothly. You'll help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen while supporting the culinary team and contributing to exceptional food and guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and dishwashing areas. Support kitchen operations through cleaning, stocking, and prep assistance. Ensure supplies and equipment are organized and ready for service. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to support daily operations. Key Qualifications Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for great food and an appreciation for craft beer. The Dishwasher is responsible for washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment. They maintain overall kitchen cleanliness and support the culinary team with stocking and prep assistance.
