In This Role, You Will Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for performing the tasks required to ensure and improve the reliability, performance, and longevity of equipment. Specific Responsabilities Perform various preventive maintenance activities and address identified mechanical issues; Replace components and carry out installations related to equipment additions or modifications to existing processes; Perform any other duties related to the position. Requirements College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in Industrial Maintenance and/or relevant experience in the field; Relevant experience in preventive maintenance (mechanical adjustments), pneumatics, hydraulics, and general maintenance; Knowledge of HACCP and SQF standards (an asset). Available on our day and night shift. Skills And Qualifications Strong interest and aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting; Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; Ability to prioritize work effectively and respond to urgent situations; Demonstrates initiative, professionalism, and a positive attitude;Strong internal customer service skills; Flexible, versatile, and resourceful;Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and autonomy; Excellent physical condition; Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (an asset).
