Every day, your work directly contributes to the quality, safety, and efficiency of our production process. You Will Be Responsible For Transporting, weighing, inspecting, and packaging products. Working in various plant departments: slaughtering, evisceration, cutting, and sanitation. Performing a variety of related tasks necessary to support daily operations. Following quality, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times. Schedule: Day, evening, and night shifts available Starting Wage (Production): $23.20/hour Evening Premium: $2.00/hour Starting Wage (Sanitation): $24.22/hour Evening Premium: $2.00/hour Night Premium: $2.50/hour Wage Increase After Probationary Period Your Qualifications Education: No specific education required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Experience: No experience required. Your motivation and commitment make all the difference. Skills: Reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
