Every day, your work contributes directly to the quality, safety, and efficiency of our production process. More Specifically, You Will Transport, weigh, inspect, and package products. Work in various departments throughout the plant, including processing, packaging, cutting, and sanitation. Perform other related duties required to support daily operations. Follow quality, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times. Schedule Day (7h00-15h30) and evening (15h30-00:00) shifts available. Starting Wage Labourer: $19.67/hour Evening shift premium: $2.00/hour Salary Increase Wage increase following the successful completion of the probationary period. What You Bring To The Role Education No specific training required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Experience No prior experience necessary. Your motivation and commitment are what matter most. Skills Reliability Punctuality Teamwork Willingness to learn Working Conditions Work in a refrigerated environment (approximately -4°C).
