Ride Instructor – One Health Clubs Location: 2021 Cliff Rd. Mississauga, Ontario Department: Group Fitness Instructor One Health Clubs is seeking experienced, energetic Ride Instructors to join our Group Fitness team and lead our signature Power Ride classes. At One Health Clubs, a great Ride class is more than a workout—it’s an experience. We’re looking for instructors who can combine purposeful programming, powerful coaching and intentional music to create classes that motivate members and keep them coming back. What You’ll Do Lead safe, engaging and high-energy Power Ride classes Coach using cadence, resistance, intensity and performance metrics Build thoughtful playlists that support the structure and energy of the ride Use musicality, phrasing and timing to enhance the member experience Offer clear coaching, modifications and performance goals for riders of varying abilities Create an inclusive and motivating environment where every member feels successful Maintain a professional, reliable and team-focused presence What We’re Looking For Previous indoor cycling instruction or relevant group fitness experience Strong understanding of musicality and playlist development Confidence coaching with metrics and performance-based goals Exceptional communication, presence and motivational skills Ability to connect authentically with a room and build community Current indoor cycling certification or recognized group fitness certification Current CPR/AED certification Availability for a consistent weekly class schedule and occasional sub coverage Successful candidates will be invited to complete an audition as part of the selection process. Requirements

Candidates must have previous indoor cycling or group fitness experience and hold current indoor cycling and CPR/AED certifications. Strong skills in musicality, playlist development, and the ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule are required.
