Role Description The Dispensary Technician is a part-time, on-site role based at our Kingston, ON location. This role involves greeting customers, answering questions, and guiding them through product options to ensure a safe and informed purchasing experience. Day-to-day tasks include processing transactions accurately, handling cash and payment systems, maintaining inventory and stock levels, and ensuring products are properly labeled and displayed. The Dispensary Technician also supports store cleanliness, adheres to regulatory and company policies, and collaborates with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members. Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations based on customer needs. Candidates should possess reliable Cash Handling abilities to process payments and manage transactions with attention to detail. Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to track stock, assist with ordering, and maintain accurate product records. Additional beneficial qualifications include prior retail or dispensary experience, familiarity with cannabis regulations, basic computer and POS system skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads.
