Responsibilities: Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate project activities across various teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes. Serve as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication. Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations. Provide administrative support to senior project managers and assist with other tasks as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably in the fire protection or construction industry. Strong organizational and time management skills. An asset to have experience with Bluebeam, MS office Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Basic understanding of fire protection systems and industry standards is a plus. Asset to have mechanical/construction industry experience.
