Your Mission: To become one of the faces of OMI, connecting with clients, listening deeply, and co-creating workspaces t hat feel as good as they function. You'll guide clients through the journey from dream to delivery, bringing concepts to life alongside our in-house designers and trusted manufacturing partners (hello, Teknion!). This isn’t just sales, its strategy, storytelling, and relationship-building, all wrapped in one rewarding role. What You’ll Be Doing: Drive sales of furniture, wall systems, flooring, acoustic solutions, and full-service packages Meet clients onsite to take measurements, photos, and notes that bring the project into focus. Collaborate with designers to tailor solutions that balance function, beauty, and budget. Build your funnel with go-to-market strategies, regular outreach, and rock-solid follow-ups. Stay in the know on the latest product launches, trends, and training opportunities. Your knowledge is your superpower. Respond to tenders and RFPs, and prepare thoughtful, well-written proposals and pricing packages. Nurture relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and business owners across Thunder Bay and the region. Host showroom presentations and demos that leave people inspired What You Bring to the Table: A keen design sense and love for creating smart, stylish spaces Strong communication and active listening skills (you're the person who really gets what a client is saying) Goal-oriented and self-driven; you like checking things off lists and chasing big wins Great with time management and details (you know when something’s due and what needs to happen first) Collaborative energy; you’re a team player who likes bouncing ideas around Openness to the occasional after-hours meeting or install (it’s worth it when a space comes together!) Requirements
