Job Description The Senior Chief of Staff will support the Chief of Staff and Super Department leadership in executing key operational priorities. The role will focus on contract and vendor management, financial planning and reporting, workforce governance, and employee engagement initiatives. This position requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities and work effectively across a global organization. Responsibilities Contract Management & Vendor Oversight Support the end-to-end management of vendor, consultant, and service contracts, including onboarding, renewals, and approvals. Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and hiring managers to ensure timely contract execution. Track contract milestones, renewals, spend, and vendor commitments. Maintain contract records, reporting, and governance processes. Financial Management & Business Operations Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting activities. Partner with Finance and Business Management teams to monitor spend, headcount, and investment plans. Prepare management reporting, executive presentations, and budget analyses. Assist with annual planning, workforce governance, and cost-efficiency initiatives. Chief of Staff Support Prepare executive materials, briefing documents, and strategic analyses for leadership meetings. Coordinate action tracking and follow-up across key initiatives. Support governance reviews, reporting cycles, and organizational planning activities. Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Human Resources, and Business Management to drive operational excellence. Drive global culture and employee engagement by coordinating recognition programs, community-building initiatives, leadership communications, town halls, open forums, and team updates across the organization Requirements 8-10 years of experience in business management, operations, finance, project management, or Chief of Staff support functions. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience supporting financial forecasting, budgeting, or workforce planning. Experience with contract, vendor, or procurement management processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365 skills. High attention to detail and a proven ability to work independently. Experience collaborating with stakeholders across functions and locations. Preferred Qualifications Project Management Office or program management experience. Experience leading employee engagement, communications, or culture initiatives. Exposure to technology organizations and globally distributed teams. Comfortable using AI tools, with prior hands-on experience leveraging AI to support day-to-day work and productivity
