Job details
The Quality Control (QC) Specialist is an execution-focused role within the Enterprise Data Office (EDO). This position is dedicated to support the QC function across the following key pillars of work, including QC execution, observation resolution, guidance development, and reporting activities, as well as other emerging priorities necessary to meet regulatory commitments and large volume of UCs going through Uplift. This is a highly collaborative, analytical, and detail-oriented role designed to provide critical execution support within a tight timeline. Responsibilities: · Conducts strategic data analysis, identifies insights and implications and make strategic recommendations, develops data displays that clearly communicate complex analysis · Perform quality assurance on data and analytical models to ensure accuracy and reliability. · Conduct quality control assessments of system outputs and reports. · Identify and document data sources and lineage to support data governance and transparency. · Deliver analytics initiatives to address business problems with the ability to identify data required, assess time & effort required and establish a project plan · Consults with business clients to determine system functional specifications. Applies comprehensive understanding of how multiple areas collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives · Consults with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards; recommends solutions · Performs other duties and functions as assigned ·Qualifications: · 10+ years’ experience · Process Improvement or Project Management experience · Experience in Risk & Control, Quality Assurance, Internal Audit (IA), or other risk management functions.
