Job summary
We're partnering with a growing technology manufacturer seeking a Supply Chain Systems & Planning Manager to lead planning, forecasting, inventory management, and outsourced manufacturing operations while driving continuous improvement across ERP-enabled supply chain processes. This is a highly visible role that works closely with executive leadership and will play a key part in improving planning accuracy, operational performance, reporting, and scalability across the business. What You'll Be Doing Lead operations planning, demand planning, forecasting, and inventory planning activities Coordinate production planning and capacity requirements with outsourced manufacturing partners Manage supplier and contract manufacturer relationships Drive improvements in planning processes, reporting, and operational visibility Leverage ERP/MRP systems to support supply chain planning and decision-making Support workflow improvements, automation initiatives, and operational process enhancements Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership teams Partner with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Leadership to support business growth What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing Operations, or a related function Experience using ERP/MRP systems within a manufacturing environment (Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar) Strong understanding of inventory planning, forecasting, MRP, production planning, and supply chain operations Experience working with suppliers, contract manufacturers, or outsourced manufacturing environments Experience improving operational processes, reporting, or planning workflows Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Experience Electronics, aerospace, automotive, industrial manufacturing, or related industries Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience Power BI, Power Automate, or Microsoft Power Platform experience CPIM certification (or actively pursuing) Experience working alongside ERP implementation partners or consultants If you enjoy improving operations through better planning, systems, and data-driven decision-making, we'd love to connect.
