You will serve as the primary point of contact for several career development and professionals. Working within a fast-paced and collaborative team, you will coordinate mentorship programming, career events, and employer relationships. Coordinate the day-to-day administration of an online platform, and serving as the first point of contact for program inquiries. Promote mentorship participation, monitor engagement, prepare program reports. Recommend improvements to policies, processes, and participant resources. Build relationships with service providers, and organizations seeking qualified professionals. Coordinate career development events and webinars annually Create presentations, videos, and online learning resources Monitor and respond to member inquiries Minimal travel within the GTA to support events, meetings, and educational initiatives. What You Bring to the Job You are a proactive, organized, and relationship-focused professional who can balance high-volume communications, and competing deadlines. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in career development, program coordination, or education. Experience planning and coordinating virtual or in-person events, webinars, and workshops Experience building relationships Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage a high volume of inquiries Comfort presenting virtually, facilitating webinars, and speaking confidently to large audiences. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience using SharePoint and other collaboration platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
