Position Overview This is a field-based sales role suited for a proactive, relationship-oriented salesperson who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers, and developing business in a competitive market. The Sales Representative will be responsible for growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities across British Columbia in the aftermarket and commercial/industrial marketplace. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory sales plan to grow revenue in British Columbia Identify and pursue opportunities through your own portfolio of clients, prospecting, referrals, and market outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in automotive retail, wholesale, and distribution. Conduct on-site customer visits, deliver product presentations, and recommend solutions based on needs. Support account development by ensuring a high level of service and follow-through. Work collaboratively with management and other Sales Representatives to coordinate promotions, pricing, and customer support. Consistently fill the sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular reporting on customer activity, market conditions, and competitor insights. Qualifications & Skills The candidate should be well versed in any one or combination of; Commercial, Agricultural, Industrial or OTR wheel segments. Strong customer-facing skills: comfortable speaking with people, building trust, and influencing decisions. Self-motivated and organized, with the history of managing a large territory. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Interest in the automotive industry and willingness to learn product lines quickly. Willingness to travel extensively within British Columbia CRM proficiency and disciplined sales reporting is required. Demonstrable proficiency with MS core applications is required.
