Orangetheory Fitness Barrhaven is looking for a Membership Sales & Experience Associate to join our team. We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a job — someone interested in building a career, taking ownership of their role, and contributing to the growth of our studio! This is a sales-focused, member-facing position that requires confidence, initiative, strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with both prospective and current members. Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail management or another relationship-driven environment is a strong asset. This is not a seasonal or short-term student position. We are looking for someone with open availability who is interested in a long-term opportunity and growing with our business. Why Join Our Orange Team? ✔ Competitive hourly pay + commission ✔ Complimentary Orangetheory membership ✔ Ongoing sales and leadership development ✔ Opportunities for increased responsibility and career growth ✔ A supportive, team-driven environment ✔ The opportunity to become an important part of a locally owned business and its community What You’ll Be Doing: • Connecting with prospective members by phone, text and in person and converting leads into booked introductory classes • Presenting the Orangetheory experience to new guests and confidently recommending membership options • Following up consistently with prospective members and working toward individual and studio sales goals • Building strong relationships with our members and providing an exceptional member experience • Supporting member retention through proactive communication and member care • Participating in community outreach, local events and business partnerships to generate new leads • Managing front-desk operations, member inquiries and day-to-day studio responsibilities • Working closely with our coaching and leadership teams to create an exceptional studio experience • Helping maintain a clean, organized and professional studio environment Who We’re Looking For: You’re someone who: • Is extremely confident starting conversations and connecting with new people • Is comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up with leads • Is motivated by goals and enjoys working toward measurable results • Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done • Is dependable, professional and accountable • Communicates clearly and confidently • Enjoys being part of a team but can work independently • Wants to learn, develop and take on greater responsibility over time • Has flexible availability, including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends You don’t need to be a fitness expert to work here. What matters most is that you genuinely enjoy people, are comfortable with sales, take pride in your work and want to be part of building something.
