This is an Hourly position. Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The PCT/CNA-Float provides appropriate safe basic care to patients which includes taking vital signs, assisting patients with activities of daily living, specimen collection, and observation of patients for physical/emotional changes. Other duties include recording pertinent information in patient charts, communicating with other Patient Care Team members to ensure continuity of care, and may function in a role providing constant supervision to patients as needed. Duties may vary according to department expectations and needs. This position requires floating to various hospitals and deparmtents in the I-80 region. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: CNA-Certified Nurses Assistant CPR American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED Experience 6 months experience in a clinical healthcare environment 6 months experience in supporting physical, emotional and psycho-social needs of patients OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and American Heart Association BLS CPR certification. A minimum of 6 months of experience in a clinical healthcare environment is required.
