Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment (40%) Equipment Accountability & Inventory SOP Compliance (25%) Team Leadership & Scheduling (20%) Process & Documentation (15%) THE TASKS Warehouse Operations & Fulfilment Plan and execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, preparation, staging, and dispatch of equipment Coordinate shipping, receiving, and storage workflows to maintain consistent throughput Monitor order accuracy and fulfillment timelines against project schedules Own the movement of equipment from receiving through preparation, staging, and return — ensuring every order ships complete, on time, and to spec Lead daily prioritization across the warehouse floor, adapting in real time to last-minute project changes, short-notice requests, and competing deadlines Surface bottlenecks and recurring breakdowns to leadership with clear context and a recommendation on what to fix first Equipment Accountability & Inventory SOP Compliance Maintain accurate inventory records through consistent check-in, check-out, and condition reporting procedures Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies, damage, or missing items Enforce inventory SOPs at every point where equipment moves — pulls, returns, and transfers — so warehouse activity does not introduce inaccuracies into the inventory system Hold the team to accurate scanning, labelling, and status updates on every piece of equipment, every time Surface patterns — recurring prep errors, condition issues, or SOP gaps — to leadership so they can be addressed at the system level Team Leadership & Scheduling Directly supervise a team of warehouse technicians, assigning daily workloads and setting performance standards Build and maintain a team culture where people understand expectations and take ownership of outcomes Coordinate scheduling that flexes to project demand, including evening, weekend, and holiday coverage when required Motivate team members to work autonomously within established systems rather than relying on constant oversight Process & Documentation Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for core warehouse workflows Keep accurate records of warehouse activity, equipment status, and operational decisions Document processes clearly enough that a new team member can follow them from day one Contribute actively to improving how inventory management systems are used on the warehouse floor as tools evolve THE COMPANY A fast-growing production and events company operating across North America. THE EXPECTATIONS TIMELINE PREVIEW By Month 1 Get on the floor and learn how equipment moves, where it gets stuck, and what the team needs most Take ownership of daily operations and scheduling without waiting to be directed Build working relationships with department heads and the project side of the business Identify your top two or three priorities and bring them to leadership with your read on what to change first By Month 3 Fulfillment quality and on-time tracking in place and measured consistently Inventory SOPs followed consistently by the team, with discrepancies flagged and resolved quickly Team accountability and scheduling operating predictably under your direction By Month 6 Equipment maintenance cadence documented and running on schedule Core warehouse processes documented and in active use by the team A team culture where technicians understand expectations and deliver on them consistently By Month 12 Operations running well enough that your attention shifts to improving what works, not rescuing what doesn't The warehouse floor operating as a clean, reliable handoff point — discrepancies rare and addressed fast when they occur A clear picture of what the team needs next — in people, systems, or structure — shared with leadership THE SKILL SET 3 or more years in a warehouse operations or operations leadership role, including direct supervision of a team A track record of building systems and processes that allow a team to execute autonomously — not just task management Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and short-notice demands are the norm ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED.
