Family Lawyer

About the Role Outset Law is a boutique family law firm based in Vancouver. We act in parenting disputes, support matters, and high net worth cases involving businesses, trusts, and significant assets. We are looking for a family lawyer who wants to build a serious practice in a firm designed to support long-term success. This role offers autonomy over your files, meaningful collaboration on complex matters, and a structure that allows lawyers to do their best work without the constant pressure that defines many traditional firms. The position is suited to a lawyer who is already practicing family law in British Columbia and is comfortable managing files, appearing in court, and working directly with clients. Must be a practicing member of the Law Society of British Columbia with 1 to 10 years of family law experience. Requires proven experience appearing in both Provincial and Supreme Courts of BC.
