Job details
Who We Are Ovoko is transforming Europe’s €30B+ used car parts market - a massive, fragmented industry still largely offline. We connect 7,000+ scrapyard owners, car parts sellers and dismantlers with millions of buyers through our marketplace, SaaS and logistics platform, making it effortless to trade parts across borders. With over 42 million parts listed, we’ve grown into one of Europe’s fastest-scaling e-commerce companies, but the real opportunity lies ahead, as we build a real category-defining platform worldwide. About The Role We’re looking for a B2B Account Manager on the buying side of our marketplace. You’ll work with the businesses that buy car parts on Ovoko — mainly repair workshops and car sellers. You will be directly responsible for growing purchase volumes from your dedicated portfolio clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them understand and fully leverage the RRR platform. You will be responsible for onboarding, educating and guiding users through the platform’s functionalities, as well as introducing them to its additional features, benefits and services to ensure they get the most value from the RRR. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: Own a portfolio of about 300 automotive businesses in your region — repair workshops, body shops and parts sellers Visit clients in person and by phone: win companies that do not buy from us yet and get them to their first orders Help new clients build a habit: follow up after their first orders until they buy from us every month Grow regular clients towards their full potential with regular check-ins and quarterly reviews Spot clients who start buying less, act early, and win back those who have stopped Bring client feedback back to the team: what stops them buying, what we should improve Log every contact and follow-up in CRM, and review your results with the team lead every week WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 2+ years of full-cycle, in-person B2B sales: finding clients, winning them and growing the account Comfortable on the road: driving licence and regular client visits across your region Fluent Lithuanian; working English Confident in cold calls and face-to-face meetings, and able to build trust with business owners Self-driven and well organised: you plan your own week and keep many accounts on track Comfortable with numbers: you know your targets and use data to decide where to focus Experience in the automotive sector (parts, repair, dealerships) is a strong plus SALARY The offered salary for this position is 2300 - 3100 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience. What We Offer Private health insurance Employee stock option plan (ESOP) Learning budget for your personal and professional growth Commuting perks (covered parking or public transport to choose from) Everyday snacks and drinks Onsite gym Top-notch hardware and software (MacOS or Windows to choose from) The opportunity to work from anywhere up to 30 days per year Employee referral program Discover all our perks by visiting our website: https://about.ovoko.com/career/#perks
