In this role, you’ll respond to questions via phone, chat, and email, offering clear guidance and friendly support. You’ll assist with forms, explain processes, and ensure every interaction is smooth and professional. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Receive and respond to inbound inquiries about government programs by phone, chat, and email. Provide clear and accurate information about programs to individuals. Assist people with contract-dependent tasks such as filling out forms and compiling information on their behalf. Offer professional and empathetic support while guiding inquirers through processes. Understand and explain details about programs and contracts, using training and support materials supplied by OXARO. Demonstrate the ability to meet key performance indicators and follow established procedures and policies for communication. Perform basic data entry tasks as required by specific contracts. Responsibilities may evolve over time based on future acquired contracts. What You Bring To The Table 1-2 years of customer service experience. 1-2 years of call center experience is considered a significant asset. Experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel. Currently residing in the Ottawa-Gatineau region and holding, or being eligible to obtain, a Government of Canada Reliability clearance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. High school diploma or equivalent. Why Join Us?
