Job Title: Power Platform Reporting Developer Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days a week in office) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 06+ Months Pay Rate: CAD 80-90/hour Incorporated Domain: BFSI Application Deadline: Aug. 30th, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED: Strong exp. in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Dataverse, SQL Server, T-SQL, Azure Data Services, SharePoint integration, ETL Exp. in designing, developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making. Exp. in building and optimizing data models using Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL to ensure high-performance reporting solutions. Exp. in developing and managing Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse integrations, to automate reporting and business processes. Create interactive visualizations and KPI dashboards that effectively communicate business performance and trends. Integrate data from multiple sources such as SQL Server, SharePoint, Azure, APIs, Excel, and enterprise systems into Power BI reports. Ensure data accuracy, governance, and security by implementing row-level security (RLS), data validation, and compliance standards. Perform report performance tuning and troubleshooting to improve refresh times, optimize datasets, and enhance user experience.
