They are responsible for supervising multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the provision of person-centred services in a safe home environment. Candidates must hold a degree in humanities, social sciences, or a related field and possess 3-5 years of experience in a health management role. Additional requirements include knowledge of trauma-informed practices, MCFD standards, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
