PAL Airlines is currently seeking a Crew Scheduler to join our team in St. John’s, NL on a full time fixed-term basis. Duties and Responsibilities: Flight Crew Scheduling for company aircraft Ensure proper coverage is provided for sick leave; Arranging schedules to accommodate vacation requests without impacting the operation; Arranging shift trades as permitted; Arranging classroom and sim training and adjusting schedules accordingly; Coordinate with the operations management for Schedule Changes Travel coordination for purposes of training and crew positioning. Invoice and PO reconciliation Attend weekly training meetings Strong Communication & Computer Skills Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as operations are 24/7. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Strong communication skills; Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently; Ability to manage multiple tasks/requirements and work in a fast paced environment. Able to complete shift work and after hours on call. Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
