Assist customers with booking, flight check-in, and boarding processes while ensuring safety and compliance with company policies. Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with the team to develop new initiatives.

The Cargo Agent is responsible for accepting, screening, and sorting cargo, as well as loading and unloading aircraft in various weather conditions. Additionally, the role involves operating a forklift, providing customer support, and completing daily sales reports.

Assist customers through booking, check-in, boarding, and deplaning processes while ensuring safe passenger movement. Collaborate with various departments to enhance the customer experience and handle administrative reporting for scheduled and charter flights.
