Represent PAL Airlines and Air Borealis across Labrador, building relationships with regional businesses, government organizations, Indigenous partners, travel agencies, and community stakeholders. Identify and pursue sales opportunities, execute territory plans, support customer needs, and report on commercial performance while collaborating with internal teams.

Perform flight line maintenance checks and repairs between flights and during overnight layovers, including checks up to A-checks. Troubleshoot aircraft issues and carry out engine changes, propeller replacements, and other maintenance on DHC-8 aircraft.

Accept, screen, scan, sort, and handle cargo; perform warehouse duties and load and unload aircraft in all weather conditions, including operating a forklift. Provide customer support, complete general office and accounting tasks, and prepare daily sales reports.

Assist customers throughout booking, check-in, boarding, and deplaning, while ensuring passenger movement is safe and providing additional assistance when needed. Deliver excellent customer service, contribute to service initiatives, handle operational administration and reporting, and coordinate with other departments to support a positive travel experience.
