Active license with the Alberta College of Pharmacists (ACP) required. Additional prescribing authorization as a requirement within 18 months of hire required. Additional Required Qualifications As Required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working clinically in an urban acute care site. Completion of an accredited hospital residency/Pharm D program. Member of Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists.
