As a Junior CSM, you’ll start with a smaller book, learn our systems, and build toward owning full client relationships. What we’re looking for: ✅ 1 to 2 years in a startup or scaleup environment, in account management or client success Client-facing call and communication experience Experience in digital marketing and working with paid ads Clear, confident spoken English. Requirements
Candidates should have 1–2 years of account management or client success experience in a startup or scaleup, along with client-facing communication experience and exposure to digital marketing and paid ads. They should speak clear, confident English, be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time Monday through Friday, and demonstrate strong time management and resourcefulness.
