Job Duties Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing for employees across multiple provinces, including salaried and hourly employees. Enter, review, and maintain payroll data in the payroll system and follow up on timesheet or payroll-related discrepancies. Support the preparation of payroll reports and provide payroll-related information as needed. Assist with T4, T4A, and RL-1 preparation, annual filings, and year-end payroll activities. Review payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable legislation. Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and RRSP plans. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits enrollment, and plan-related questions. Assist with new employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, and maintaining employee records. Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and employee information. Support HR and payroll-related projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned. Job Requirements Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Payroll, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in payroll, HR administration, accounting, or office administration is an asset. Basic understanding of payroll processes and Canadian employment standards is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Korean is an asset. Willingness to learn payroll systems and pursue payroll-related knowledge or certification.
