Job Duties * Act as the licensed customs broker responsible for import and export clearance activities * Prepare, review, and submit customs entries and documentation accurately and on time * Classify goods and apply correct HS codes, duties, and tariff treatments * Ensure compliance with all applicable customs laws, regulations, and trade requirements * Monitor regulatory changes and implement updates to internal processes * Resolve customs clearance issues, delays, and audit-related matters with authorities and stakeholders * Collaborate with logistics, operations, finance, procurement, and external partners (freight forwarders, carriers) * Provide guidance or mentorship to customs team members where applicable * Support continuity of customs operations and compliance standards within the team Job Requirements * Valid Licensed Customs Broker designation or equivalent qualification required * 5–8 years of experience in customs brokerage or trade compliance required (preferred range) * 3–5 years of experience may be considered depending on overall strength of profile * Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and trade compliance frameworks * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders * Leadership or mentoring experience is an asset but not required Salary Range $60,000—$80,000 CAD Thank you for your interest in joining Pantos Logistics Canada.
