Job Duties Manage warehouse consumables and supplies, including labels, stretch wrap, printer toner, office supplies, PPE, and other operational materials. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure the availability of essential warehouse supplies. Process purchasing requests, purchase requisitions, approvals, and goods receipts in accordance with Pantos internal procedures. Track warehouse operating expenses and prepare expense reports, invoices, and supporting documentation for Finance and Accounting. Manage attendance records, timesheets, and workforce data for temporary agency employees, and coordinate with staffing agencies regarding attendance, scheduling, and administrative matters. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse KPI reports and operational performance data. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an asset. 3+ years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment, is preferred. Candidates with less experience are also encouraged to apply. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with purchasing, expense management, invoicing, or budget tracking is preferred. Working proficiency in Korean and English is preferred. Requirements
