Job Duties * Manage daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operations, monitoring KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, lead time, and service levels. * Lead and mentor a team of supervisors, operators, and administrative staff, ensuring optimal workforce planning, scheduling, and performance. * Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and regulatory compliance, leading incident investigations and preventive actions. * Oversee inventory control, including discrepancy resolution, damage management, and storage optimization. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service, KPI reporting, claims handling, and SLA management. * Control operational costs, including labor, equipment, consumables, and vendor expenses, while identifying productivity improvements. * Drive projects such as warehouse relocations, layout redesigns, new customer onboarding, and operational expansions, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Job Requirements * Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role * Strong knowledge of warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control) * Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office * Understanding of warehouse equipment operations (forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks) * Proven leadership and team management skills * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities * Customer-service oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities * Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed * Professional working proficiency in Korean and English Salary Range $75,000—$100,000 CAD Thank you for your interest in joining Pantos Logistics Canada. Requirements
