The supervisor is responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance and landscape construction, including the installation of decks and retaining walls. They manage a team of 5-10 people, maintain work records, and provide technical advice to improve property functionality.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 5 years of experience in landscaping. Proficiency in operating small engine equipment and the ability to handle physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment are required.
