We are looking for an Embedded Developer who will be part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals working on the firmware of our products. This position is fully on-site at our Saint-Eustache office, located in the Greater Montreal area. RESPONSIBILITIES Take part in interesting and challenging projects that will lead the next generation system. Work in a team of motivated and knowledgeable people that take pride in achieving a great product at heart. System design, problem-solving, challenge yourself with deciding between innovation and a well-known development path. Contribute to projects and be part of a team who creates innovative and stable systems. QUALIFICATIONS Responsible for full or portions of a project in embedded C. Enjoy working in organized methodologies, with code reviews, and regularly document your code. Experience with the following: MCU, RS-232/485, TCP/IP, UDP, Git, RF protocols, SPI, I2C, low level drivers, schematics, networking and Agile. Knowledge as a plus with the following: RTOS, analog/digital circuits, data encryption. Have a passion for bringing concepts to reality through your expertise and see projects through to materialization. Previous experience in industries such as security, signal processing, motion detection, access control, sensors, communications, or consumer electronics is expected. Interest beyond your core knowledge and desire to learn and teach in a team environment, for example, embedded Linux, and other programming languages is a plus. At least 5 years of experience with Embedded Systems. Degree in Computer Science, Electronic/Electrical Engineering (is an asset).
