Owner, Rainer Muller, incorporated the company in 2004. As a trained architect in Europe, the course of his career was changed when his own mother moved into a retirement living community in Switzerland. PARC Retirement Living now employs 350 staff and operates six, unique, award-winning residences. The Night Housekeeper is responsible for performing janitorial tasks, laundry services, and building security patrols during overnight shifts. They also serve as the primary responder for resident emergencies, providing First Aid and coordinating with emergency services.

Receptionist (Full-Time)

The receptionist acts as the communication hub for the community, greeting visitors and managing administrative support tasks. Responsibilities include handling phone inquiries, managing driver schedules, processing invoices, and assisting with resident events and emergency calls.

Cook (Casual/On-Call)

The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals in a restaurant and bistro-style setting while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. They will also assist with receiving food deliveries and ensuring proper food handling and portion control standards are met.

Server (Casual/Part-Time)

The Dining Room Server is responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by serving meals, managing room service, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.
