Owner, Rainer Muller, incorporated the company in 2004. As a trained architect in Europe, the course of his career was changed when his own mother moved into a retirement living community in Switzerland. Rainer was inspired by how enriched her life became, and this fueled his passion and vision for retirement residences featuring high-quality construction, fresh food, active living programs and services. PARC Retirement Living now employs 350 staff and operates six, unique, award-winning residences. The Resident Services Manager oversees all resident services, administration, and reception teams while managing resident relationships and accounts. They are responsible for organizing move-ins, tours, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in alignment with the General Manager's direction.

Housekeeper (Casual/On-Call)

On-site · Kelowna

The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing resident suites and common areas to maintain a safe and tidy environment. They also perform laundry services and report potential maintenance issues to management.

Driver (Casual/Part-Time)

On-site · White Rock

The driver is responsible for providing safe and courteous transportation for residents to local destinations and appointments. They also perform vehicle inspections, assist residents with boarding, and manage trip scheduling using digital tools.

Cook (Casual/On-Call)

On-site

The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals in a restaurant and bistro setting while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. They will also assist with receiving food deliveries and ensuring an excellent dining experience for residents.

Dishwasher (Full-Time)
