Job summary
Park & Fifth is seeking fashion forward, energetic, mature, and ambitious individuals who want to join our retail team. You must be available to work weekends and have week day flexibility. Roles And Responsibilities As a Park & Fifth Stylist you will: Drive sales growth and meet or exceed established sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue. Understand clients’ preferences, needs, and buying behaviours to offer personalized recommendations. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Accurately and efficiently process client transactions, assist clients navigating our digital platforms. Helping to manage physical inventory, including incoming stock from the distribution centre, back stock and floor stock of The Well store and the product movement between the three P&F studio locations and distribution center. Maintain store organization, cleanliness and merchandising following merchandising directives and standards of product display. Ensuring P&F products are in the correct placement in the correct quantities. Product maintenance such as but not limited to steaming, destocking, restocking. Park & Fifth Sales Associates Have Proven experience as a high-level sales person in the clothing or fashion industry. Strong understanding of current fashion trends and clothing brands. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Leadership and team collaboration abilities. Knowledge of visual merchandising principles. Exceptional customer service skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to use a point-of-sale system. A willingness to learn.
