Functionally reports to the Lounge Manager. Some of the responsibilities include: Greets guests and presents them with the menu Informs guests of specials, menu changes, answers questions regarding food, beverages and allergies Receives food and beverage orders from guests and relays to kitchen staff and bartender using a POS system Communicates with the hosts, table support team, kitchen staff and bartenders to coordinate stations Presents, open and pours wine and beer when serving guests Assists table support team with stocking work stations, removing and resetting used dishes/silverware Assists with cash register at counter-service restaurants Performs other duties as required or assigned Qualifications Service focused personality is essential Previous fine dining or luxury level service knowledge and training. Minimum 2 year previous work experience in a world-class luxury brand in a similar capacity. Current Smart Serve certification. Must have a flexible schedule, be highly motivated and quality driven Excellent communication skills Must be able to lift up to 50-lbs Constant walking & standing Frequent lifting, crouching/bending/stooping/kneeling All Candidates must be in possession of identification proving authorization to work in Canada. Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a world-class luxury brand and a current Smart Serve certification. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and a flexible schedule are required.
