Your Mission As a Community Parking Champion, you will represent Park O Lot Inc. in the field, helping property owners, residents, and visitors maintain fair and responsible use of private parking facilities. Your work supports an Ecosystem of Community Compliance by ensuring that parking spaces are used properly and that safety rules are respected. Every shift you work helps keep communities organized, accessible, and safe. What You Will Do Community Presence Patrol private parking facilities on foot, bike or by vehicle Ensure parking spaces are used in accordance with posted rules and permits Maintain a visible, professional presence within the community Parking Compliance Identify vehicles that are parked in violation of posted rules Issue Notices of Parking Violation where required Document parking conditions and violations using handheld technology Safety Protection Ensure fire routes remain clear for emergency access Protect accessibility parking spaces for those who rely on them Monitor parking areas for safety concerns or hazards Customer Interaction Answer questions from residents, visitors, and property staff Provide clear explanations of parking policies Resolve situations calmly and professionally Documentation & Reporting Record enforcement activity using digital systems Photograph and document parking violations when required Report incidents, hazards, or concerns to ParkNET Dispatch What Makes a Great Community Parking Champion We are looking for people who demonstrate: Professionalism You represent the values of Park O Lot Inc. wherever you go. Qualifications Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence (preferred for mobile patrol roles) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong communication and conflict-management skills Comfortable using mobile technology and enforcement software Ability to walk and patrol for extended periods Previous experience in security, by-law enforcement, parking enforcement, or customer service is considered an asset but not required.
